In a bowl whisk flour, pumpkin spices, sugar, oil, pumpkin puree and eggs until combined for the muffin batter.

Combine flour, sugars, pumpkin pie spice and melted butter until crumbly and sprinkle evenly over the batter.

Bake at high heat then reduce temperature; bake until a toothpick comes out clean.

Mix maple icing and drizzle over warm muffins before serving.
