  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Winter Wonderland Decorations
  • ½ cup crushed candy canes - mixed-sized pieces
  • ¼ cup holiday sprinkles - blue + white or preferred colors
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips - for drizzle
  • 2 tablespoon powdered sugar - for dusting

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, line baking sheets with parchment, bring butter to room temperature, and prepare all measured ingredients.
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, add eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon; whisk dry ingredients separately and combine gently.
  3. Fold in semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed candy canes until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop dough, place on sheets, bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden; cool 5 minutes and transfer to cooling rack.
  5. Melt white chocolate, drizzle over cooled cookies, add sprinkles and crushed candy canes, dust with powdered sugar, and let set.
