Instructions
Add cottage cheese to blender first. Add cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes without stopping. Scrape sides and blend 30 seconds more.
Mixture should look like thick pudding with zero lumps. Rub a bit between your fingers — if grainy, blend another minute. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed; blend 10 seconds more.
Divide into glasses. Press cling film directly onto the surface. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and spoonable.
