Ingredients

Base

  • 450 g Full-fat cottage cheese - Use cold
  • 40 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 60 ml Maple syrup or honey - Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Optional Boosts

  • 1 scoop Chocolate protein powder - Extra protein
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut butter - For richness
  • 1 tablespoon Instant espresso powder - For mocha flavor
  • Extra sweetener - To taste

For Serving

  • Fresh berries - Optional

  • Dark chocolate shavings - Optional

Instructions

  • Add cottage cheese to blender first. Add cocoa, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high for 2–3 minutes without stopping. Scrape sides and blend 30 seconds more.
  • Mixture should look like thick pudding with zero lumps. Rub a bit between your fingers — if grainy, blend another minute. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed; blend 10 seconds more.
  • Divide into glasses. Press cling film directly onto the surface. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight until thick and spoonable.
