Ingredients
  

  • 1 package Frozen puff pastry - thawed, still cold
  • 8 oz Brie cheese - rind optional
  • ½ cup Cranberry sauce - homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cranberries - chopped (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh thyme or rosemary - chopped, for garnish
  • ¼ cup Walnuts or pecans - chopped, optional
  • 1 tablespoon Honey - optional drizzle
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest - optional for brightness

  • Sharp knife (for cutting brie and pastry)
  • Rolling pin (for puff pastry)
  • Small spoon (for cranberry sauce)
  • Cooking spray or butter (for greasing)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven, prepare muffin tin, cut and press puff pastry into cups
  2. Add brie cube and cranberry sauce, sprinkle with extras
  3. Bake until pastry is golden and cheese is melted
  4. Cool slightly, remove from tin, garnish and serve
