- 1 box 18.3 oz fudge brownie mix
- 2 large eggs room temperature
- ⅓ cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well blended (2-3 minutes).
Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underdone.
Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
- Don't overbake! Cookies will continue setting as they cool
- For extra fudgy texture, chill dough for 30 minutes before baking
- Store in airtight container up to 5 days
- Freezes well up to 3 months
