Ingredients

  • 1 box 18.3 oz fudge brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well blended (2-3 minutes).
  • Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
  • Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underdone.
  • Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.

Notes
