  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or nuts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well blended (2-3 minutes).
