- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Combine brownie mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix until well blended (2-3 minutes).
- Optional: Fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers look slightly underdone.
- Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
