Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs room temperature

Instructions

Toast Pecans:

  • Heat skillet over medium heat
  • Melt 2 tablespoons butter
  • Add pecans and salt
  • Toast 5-7 minutes until golden
  • Cool completely

Make Dough:

  • Cream butter and sugars (3-4 minutes)
  • Beat in eggs and vanilla
  • Mix in dry ingredients
  • Fold in cooled pecans

Bake:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Scoop 2-tablespoon portions
  • Space 2 inches apart
