Ingredients
Brownie Base

unsalted butter

large eggs

teaspoon

Caramel Layer

granulated sugar

unsalted butter

heavy cream

Instructions
Prep:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9x13" pan with parchment.
Brownie Batter:
Melt butter, whisk in sugar
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
Mix dry ingredients separately
Combine wet and dry ingredients
Caramel:
Heat sugar until amber
Add butter and whisk
Pour in cream carefully
Add salt and cool slightly
Assembly:
Pour ⅔ brownie batter in pan
Add half the caramel
Top with remaining batter
Swirl remaining caramel
Bake:
35-40 minutes at 350°F
Notes
Let ingredients reach room temperature
Don't overmix batter
Cool completely before cutting
Store in airtight container up to 5 days
