Prep:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9x13" pan with parchment.
Brownie Batter:
- Melt butter, whisk in sugar
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla
- Mix dry ingredients separately
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
Caramel:
- Heat sugar until amber
- Add butter and whisk
- Pour in cream carefully
- Add salt and cool slightly
Assembly:
- Pour ⅔ brownie batter in pan
- Add half the caramel
- Top with remaining batter
- Swirl remaining caramel
Bake:
- 35-40 minutes at 350°F
