Instructions
Prepare Base
Crush malt biscuits into fine crumbs
Cut fruit puffs into quarters
Melt butter until just liquid
Mix
Combine crushed biscuits and fruit puffs in large bowl
Add melted butter and condensed milk
Mix until well combined
Shape
Spread coconut on clean surface
Form mixture into 30cm log
Roll in coconut until covered
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
Set
Refrigerate minimum 4 hours or overnight
Slice into 1.5cm pieces to serve
Notes
Keep hands slightly damp while shaping
Mixture should hold together when pressed
Let sit at room temperature 5-10 minutes before slicing
