Ingredients
  

  • 250 g malt biscuits
  • 180 g fruit puffs Eskimos or similar
  • 125 g butter softened
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk ½ tin
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut for rolling

  • Food processor or rolling pin
  • Large mixing bowl
  • Kitchen scissors
  • Baking paper or plastic wrap
  • Measuring cups and spoons

Method
 

Prepare Base
  1. Crush malt biscuits into fine crumbs
  2. Cut fruit puffs into quarters
  3. Melt butter until just liquid
Mix
  1. Combine crushed biscuits and fruit puffs in large bowl
  2. Add melted butter and condensed milk
  3. Mix until well combined
Shape
  1. Spread coconut on clean surface
  2. Form mixture into 30cm log
  3. Roll in coconut until covered
  4. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
Set
  1. Refrigerate minimum 4 hours or overnight
  2. Slice into 1.5cm pieces to serve
