- 250 g malt biscuits
- 180 g fruit puffs Eskimos or similar
- 125 g butter softened
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk ½ tin
- 1 cup desiccated coconut for rolling
Prepare Base
Crush malt biscuits into fine crumbs
Cut fruit puffs into quarters
Melt butter until just liquid
Shape
Spread coconut on clean surface
Form mixture into 30cm log
Roll in coconut until covered
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap
- Keep hands slightly damp while shaping
- Mixture should hold together when pressed
- Let sit at room temperature 5-10 minutes before slicing
