- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Beat eggs, brown sugar, and white sugar until well combined (2 mins).
- Add vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix until creamy.

- Whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips and regular M&Ms.
- Scoop 3-tablespoon portions onto baking sheets.

- Top with mini M&Ms.
- Bake 12-14 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to rack.
