Ingredients
  

  • 2 29 oz cans sliced peaches in syrup
  • 1 15.25 oz box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg optional

Equipment

  • 9x13 inch baking dish (glass or ceramic works best)
  • Measuring cups and spoons

  • Small bowl for melting butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Pour peaches with syrup into the baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over peaches.
  4. Evenly spread dry cake mix over the peach layer.
  5. Pour melted butter evenly over cake mix layer.
