- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy (3-4 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in sprinkles gently.
- Scoop 2-tablespoon portions onto prepared sheets, 2 inches apart.
- Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on sheets 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
