  • 2 Large eggs
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¾ cup Heavy cream - Or evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon Instant coffee (optional) - Grandma’s secret flavor boost
For the Coconut Pecan Topping:
  • 1 cup Sweetened flaked coconut
  • ½ cup Chopped pecans - Toasting recommended
  • 4 tablespoon Butter - Cold, cut into chunks
  • ½ cup Brown sugar - Light or dark
  • cup Evaporated milk
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Pinch Salt
For the Crust:
  • 1 Pre-made pie crust - Or graham cracker crust
