Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix protein powder, almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
In separate bowl, whisk egg, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed. Fold in chocolate chips.
Let dough rest 5 minutes.
Scoop 2 tablespoon portions onto baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
