- Gather ingredients and keep ice cream sandwiches frozen. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper. Soften hot fudge sauce in microwave.
- Unwrap 12 sandwiches and arrange in a single layer in the pan. Trim to fit and press down gently.
- Spread half the whipped topping over the sandwiches. Drizzle half the fudge sauce and sprinkle half the mix-ins. Smooth evenly.
- Add remaining 12 sandwiches on top. Spread remaining whipped topping, drizzle remaining fudge, and sprinkle mix-ins.
- Cover tightly with plastic wrap and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Remove 5–10 minutes before slicing. Lift using parchment, slice with a warm knife, and serve!
