Ingredients
  

  • 1 box raspberry Jell-o 3 ounces or other flavor of choice
  • cup boiling water to dissolve Jell-o
  • 1 cup ice-cold water for mixture
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping thawed for smooth texture
  • 1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust 9 inches or homemade
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Method
 

  1. Whisk together the Jell-o and boiling water in a large bowl until fully dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the ice-cold water until the mixture is fully combined.
  3. Add the thawed whipped topping and mix until smooth, ensuring no streaks remain.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 30-45 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  5. Once thickened, stir the mixture until smooth and pour it into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with extra whipped topping and fresh raspberries.
