Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheets with parchment.
Mix butter, JIF peanut butter, and both sugars until fluffy (3-4 min).
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda in separate bowl.
Mix dry ingredients into wet just until combined.
Roll into 1½-inch balls, coat in sugar.
Place on baking sheet. Press with fork in criss-cross pattern.
Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are light golden.
Cool 5 minutes on pan, then transfer to rack.
