  • ¼ cup Powdered sugar
  • 1 Egg - Large
  • cups All-purpose flour - Sifted
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoon Key lime zest - Fresh preferred
  • 2 tablespoon Key lime juice - Fresh preferred
  • ¾ cup White chocolate chips - Optional but recommended
Optional Glaze:
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1–2 tbsp Key lime juice - Adjust for desired thickness
  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest - For garnish

Equipment

Method
