Prep:
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: Whisk flour, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Make Batter:
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy (3 minutes)
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Mix in lemon zest and juice
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined
Bake:
- Pour into prepared pan
- Bake 23-25 minutes until toothpick has few crumbs
- Cool completely
Glaze:
- Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest
- Pour over cooled brownies
- Let set 30 minutes before cutting
