Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter - melted
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1⅓ cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup pecans - chopped
Optional Add-Ins
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup toffee bits
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Equipment

  • 1 9x13-inch baking pan (Metal pan preferred for crisp edges)
  • 1 Large mixing bowl (For crust mixture)
  • 1 Spatula (For spreading layers)
  • 1 Parchment paper (For easy removal)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until consistency resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the pan.
  2. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust. It does not need to be spread perfectly.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate chips, then butterscotch chips. Add coconut evenly, and top with chopped pecans.
  4. Bake 25–30 minutes until edges are golden brown and coconut is lightly toasted. Center may look soft.
  5. Cool 1 hour in pan. For cleaner slices, refrigerate 2 hours before cutting.
