  • ½ teaspoon Fine salt
The Chocolate Swirl
  • ¼ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup Hot coffee (or water) - For richer flavor
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar - Optional - boosts sweetness
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract - Enhances flavor
Optional Enhancements
  • 2 tablespoon Sour cream - 1 tablespoon in each batter for extra moisture

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
