For the Mint Layer:
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar - Sifted for smoothness
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • 2–3 tablespoons Heavy cream - Adjust for consistency
  • ¾ teaspoon Peppermint extract
  • 1 drop Green food coloring - Optional ,for color
  • 1 pinch Salt - Balances sweetness
For the Chocolate Topping:
  • 6 ounces Semi-sweet chocolate - Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Butter - Unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon Corn syrup - For glossy finish
  • ¼ cup Andes mints - Crushed optional garnish

Method
