- Add 3 cups shredded coconut, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup mini chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour, allowing it to firm up.
- Once chilled, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
- Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
- Chill the coated balls for another 30 minutes to set.
