Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened to room temperature
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk 1 can
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for flavor
  • 3 cups sweetened shredded coconut adds moisture and sweetness
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs plus extra for coating provides texture
  • ¼ teaspoon salt enhances flavor
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips for little pops of chocolate

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine ½ cup softened butter, 1 can sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add 3 cups shredded coconut, 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, ¼ teaspoon salt, and ½ cup mini chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour, allowing it to firm up.
  4. Once chilled, shape the mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Roll each ball in extra graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
  6. Chill the coated balls for another 30 minutes to set.
