Ingredients
  

For the Oreo Crust:
  • 24 Oreo cookies - About 1½ sleeves
  • 3 tablespoon Butter, melted
  • 1 pinch Salt - Optional, enhances flavor
For the Cheesecake Filling:
  • 16 oz Cream cheese - Softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream - Cold (or substitute 8 oz Cool Whip)
For the Topping:
  • 8–10 Oreo cookies - Crushed
  • optional Whipped cream - For piping
  • optional Chocolate drizzle - For garnish

Equipment

  • 1 12-cup muffin tin (Standard size)
  • 12 Cupcake liners (Paper or foil)
  • 1 Food processor (For crushing Oreos)
  • 1 Electric hand mixer (To beat cream cheese mixture)
  • 1 Rubber spatula (For folding and scraping)
  • 1 Mixing bowl (Large enough for cream cheese filling)
  • 1 Measuring cups & spoons

Method
 

  1. Line muffin tin with cupcake liners. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter and salt, and press into liners. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add vanilla, whip cream to stiff peaks, and fold together gently.
  3. Spoon or pipe filling over crusts, smooth tops, and sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Peel off liners and top with whipped cream or chocolate drizzle if desired.
