Prepare the Cookie Layer:
- Crush Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs form
- Reserve 1 cup for topping
Make the Pudding:
- Whisk pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes
- Refrigerate for 5 minutes until slightly set
Create Cream Mixture:
- Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth
- Add powdered sugar gradually
- Fold in whipped topping
Assembly:
- Layer in 9x13 dish or trifle bowl:
- Crushed Oreos
- Cream cheese mixture
- Chocolate pudding
- Repeat layers
- Top with reserved Oreo crumbs
Chill:
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
