Ingredients
  

Oreo Pie Crust:
  • 22 Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies about 2 cups crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar for sweetness
  • 4 Tablespoons salted butter melted
Oreo Pie Filling:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened for smooth texture
  • ¼ cup salted butter softened for creaminess
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar for sweetness and texture
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream for whipping the filling
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract for flavor
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt to balance sweetness
  • 18 Double Stuffed Oreo Cookies crushed for filling
Topping:
  • Homemade whipped cream for decorating
  • Extra Oreo cookies optional for garnish

Method
 

  1. Make the Oreo Crust: Preheat oven to 350°F (190°C).
  2. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form.
  3. Mix the crushed Oreo crumbs with sugar and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. Cut 10 Oreo cookies into small pieces (¼-inch chunks).
  5. Pulse 8 Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  7. In a separate bowl, cream together softened butter, cream cheese, and sea salt until smooth.
  8. Fold in the whipped cream mixture into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  9. Stir in the crushed Oreos to the filling mixture.
  10. Spread the Oreo filling evenly over the cooled Oreo crust.
  11. Decorate with homemade whipped cream, and garnish with extra Oreo cookies if desired.
  12. Chill & Serve: Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours before serving.
