- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
For brownie batter:
- Melt butter
- Whisk in sugar
- Beat in eggs one at a time
- Add vanilla
- Mix dry ingredients separately
- Fold dry into wet ingredients
For peanut butter swirl:
- Mix peanut butter with melted butter
- Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla
- Microwave 20-30 seconds if too thick
Assembly:
- Pour brownie batter in pan
- Drop spoonfuls of peanut butter mixture
- Swirl with knife
- Bake 30-35 minutes
