Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cup Graham crackers - Crushed
  • 6 tablespoon Butter ,melted
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt

For the Filling:

  • 1 package Instant pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 ¾cup Cold milk
  • 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon Powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • cup Chopped pistachios - Optional for garnish

Optional Toppings:

  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon Crushed pistachios
  • 2 tablespoon White chocolate shavings
  • ½ cup Fresh berries

Instructions

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Press into pie dish and chill.
  • Chill bowl and beaters, then whip cream with powdered sugar.
  • Whisk cold milk and pudding mix. Let it set.
  • Fold whipped cream into pudding, add pistachios and almond extract.
  • Pour filling into crust, smooth top, refrigerate.
  • Garnish with toppings before serving.
