Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Graham crackers, crushed - About 14 full sheets, finely crushed but not powder
  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk - 14 oz
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips - For sprinkling on top
  • ¼ cup Graham crackers, crushed - For topping

Equipment

  • 1 9x13-inch baking pan (Lined with parchment paper)
  • 1 Parchment paper (For lining and easy removal)
  • 1 Food processor or rolling pin (To crush graham crackers)
  • 1 Large mixing bowl (For mixing crust)
  • 1 Rubber spatula (For spreading layers)
  • 1 Sharp knife (For neat cutting)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Crush graham crackers, mix with melted butter, brown sugar, and salt, then press firmly into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk and butter, then stir in vanilla until smooth.
  4. Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the crust using a spatula.
  5. Let chocolate cool 5 minutes, then add marshmallows, extra chocolate chips, and crushed graham crackers.
  6. Bake 15–18 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
  7. Cool completely, then cut into squares with a sharp knife, wiping between cuts.
