Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream For whipping into stiff peaks
  • ½ cup powdered sugar For sweetening the cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavoring
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries Sliced remove stems
  • 7.2 ounces graham crackers About 1.5 sleeves broken to fit the pan

Method

  1. Beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on the bottom of a 9×9 pan to prevent graham crackers from shifting.
  3. Arrange a layer of graham crackers over the whipped cream.
  4. Spread ⅓ of the whipped cream over the crackers and smooth it evenly with a spatula.
  5. Top the whipped cream with ⅓ of the sliced strawberries, spreading them evenly across the surface.

  7. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
