Instructions

  • Prepare the strawberry reduction
  • Infuse the sugar with strawberry tops (optional)
  • Cream butter and sugar, add eggs and extracts
  • Combine dry ingredients and incorporate with wet
  • Fold in reserved fresh strawberries
  • Prepare pan and pour in batter
