  • 4 large Eggs - room temperature

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest - fresh
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar - for glaze

  • 1 Stand or Hand Mixer (with beaters)
  • 3–4 Mixing bowls (various sizes)

Method
 

  1. Prepare the strawberry reduction
