Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter - (2 sticks)
  • 2 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 Large eggs - Room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Caramel Layer
  • 1 cup Caramel sauce - Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 ½ cups Pecan halves - Lightly toasted
  • ½ teaspoon Sea salt - Optional, for salted caramel
Chocolate Topping
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Heavy cream

  • 9x13-inch baking pan (Lined with parchment paper)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven and line pan
  2. Melt butter and mix with sugar
  3. Add eggs and vanilla
  4. Combine dry ingredients and mix in
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and spread batter
  6. Bake brownies
  7. Cool brownies in pan
  8. Add pecans and drizzle caramel
  9. Chill to set caramel
  10. Melt chocolate and cream
  11. Spread chocolate topping
  12. Final chill to set
  13. Slice and serve brownies
