Ingredients

Cookie Base

  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsalted butter - room temperature
  • ¾ cup brown sugar - packed
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 large eggs - room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Twix Magic

  • 12–15 Twix - frozen 30 minutes, chopped
  • ½ cup chocolate chips - optional but recommended
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce - for dough or drizzle
  • flaky sea salt - for topping

Optional Add-ins

  • ¼ cup toffee bits - optional

  • Gently fold chopped Twix (and add-ins like chocolate chips or toffee bits) into the dough without overmixing.
  • Scoop 2-tablespoon dough balls onto parchment-lined sheets. Press extra Twix pieces on top and sprinkle flaky sea salt.
  • Bake at 350°F for 11–13 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly underdone. Cool on the tray for 5 minutes.
