- Crush graham crackers, break chocolate into squares, cut marshmallows, and mix all in a bowl.
- Flatten biscuit dough, add filling in the center, gather and seal edges tightly.
- Let sealed dough balls rest for 10 minutes so the seams hold better during frying.
- Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pot and check with a thermometer to ensure proper temperature.
- Carefully lower bombs into hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar, and cool for 5 minutes.
