Ingredients

S'mores Filling:
  • 12 Large marshmallows - Cut in half if oversized
  • 2 Milk chocolate bars - Broken into squares
  • 4 Graham crackers - Crushed
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips - Optional, adds extra gooeyness
Coating:
  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough - 8-count or similar
  • As needed Vegetable oil - For deep frying
  • To taste Powdered sugar - For dusting
Optional Extras:
  • To taste Cinnamon sugar mix - Optional coating
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract - Mix into filling for flavor
  • Pinch Sea salt flakes - Sprinkled on top post-fry

Equipment

  • 1 Deep heavy pot or fryer (For oil frying)
  • 1 Candy thermometer (Essential for oil temp check)
  • 1 Slotted spoon (For removing bombs from oil)
  • 1 Tongs (For flipping, if needed)
  • 1 Paper towels (For draining)
  • 1 Large tray or plate (For cooling and serving)

Method

  1. Crush graham crackers, break chocolate into squares, cut marshmallows, and mix all in a bowl.
  2. Flatten biscuit dough, add filling in the center, gather and seal edges tightly.
  3. Let sealed dough balls rest for 10 minutes so the seams hold better during frying.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pot and check with a thermometer to ensure proper temperature.
  5. Carefully lower bombs into hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar, and cool for 5 minutes.
