Ingredients

S'mores Filling:

  • 12 Large marshmallows - Cut in half if oversized
  • 2 Milk chocolate bars - Broken into squares
  • 4 Graham crackers - Crushed
  • ¼ cup Mini chocolate chips - Optional, adds extra gooeyness

Coating:

  • 1 can Refrigerated biscuit dough - 8-count or similar
  • As needed Vegetable oil - For deep frying
  • To taste Powdered sugar - For dusting

Optional Extras:

  • To taste Cinnamon sugar mix - Optional coating
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract - Mix into filling for flavor
  • Pinch Sea salt flakes - Sprinkled on top post-fry

Instructions

  • Crush graham crackers, break chocolate into squares, cut marshmallows, and mix all in a bowl.
  • Flatten biscuit dough, add filling in the center, gather and seal edges tightly.
  • Let sealed dough balls rest for 10 minutes so the seams hold better during frying.
  • Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pot and check with a thermometer to ensure proper temperature.
  • Carefully lower bombs into hot oil and fry for 2–3 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from oil, drain on paper towels, dust with powdered sugar, and cool for 5 minutes.
