Ingredients
  

the Crust:
  • 24 Oreo cookies finely crushed (about 2 cups)
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
the Filling:
  • 1.5 quarts vanilla ice cream softened
  • 12 Oreo cookies roughly chopped
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 4-5 Oreo cookies for garnish
  • Optional: chocolate sauce for drizzling

  • Food processor or rolling pin (for crushing cookies)

Method
 

Make the Crust:
  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs
  2. Mix with melted butter
  3. Press into 9-inch pie dish
  4. Freeze for 15 minutes
Prepare Filling:
  1. Let ice cream soften in fridge (15 mins)
  2. Mix in roughly chopped Oreos
  3. Spread into chilled crust
  4. Smooth top with spatula
Finish & Freeze:
  1. Top with crushed Oreos
  2. Add whole Oreos for decoration
  3. Freeze 6 hours or overnight
  4. Add whipped cream before serving
