Our Story
I am Emily, and I have been baking since I was tall enough to reach the counter. What began as sneaking spoonfuls of my grandmother's cookie dough and watching my mom pull golden cakes from the oven grew into something I could not ignore: a deep, buttery obsession with making people happy through food.
I started this site because I kept hearing the same thing from friends and family - "I would love to bake, but it feels too complicated." That broke my heart a little. Because baking is not complicated. It just needs to be taught the right way. So that is exactly what I set out to do.

Every technique I share, I learned through real trial and error in a real kitchen. That experience is exactly why I know where beginners get stuck - and how to help them get unstuck.
